We collect: your name, email address, trading platform type, broker server name, and billing information necessary to operate your subscription. MT5 / platform passwords are NEVER stored by AbacuQuant — they are transmitted directly to Duplikium copy-trading infrastructure for trade replication.
2. Purpose of Processing
Data is used solely for: account creation and authentication, subscription billing, trade replication setup, customer support, service improvement, and legal compliance.
3. Third-Party Services
We rely on the following processors: Paddle (payments and tax compliance), Duplikium (copy-trading infrastructure), and Supabase (application database and authentication). Each operates under its own privacy policy and contractual data processing terms.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
Account data is retained while your subscription is active and for up to 24 months after cancellation for legal and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by emailing hello@abacuquant.com.
5. Cookies
We use only essential cookies for authentication and session management, plus analytics cookies (aggregate and anonymized) to improve the Service. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
6. International Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States and the European Union, where our processors operate. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.
