1. Service Description
AbacuQuant Technologies provides software signal and trade-replication technology only. AbacuQuant does NOT provide investment management, investment advice, financial planning, or asset custody services. The Service is a technology product that enables algorithmic execution of pre-defined strategies on your own brokerage account.
2. Account Registration & Security
You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at hello@abacuquant.com.
3. Subscription Plans
AbacuQuant offers a 30-day Free Trial (demo accounts only) and three paid plans: Basic, Pro, and Premium. Each plan provides a different scope of strategies as described on the Pricing page. Plans are billed monthly or annually at your selection.
4. Billing & Automatic Renewal
All paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) using the payment method on file, unless cancelled prior to renewal. Prices are listed in USD. Taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction.
5. Free Trial
The 30-day Free Trial requires a valid payment method but is not charged during the trial. The Free Trial operates exclusively on demo accounts. At the end of the trial, the account automatically converts to the Basic plan at the then-current rate. Cancel anytime before day 30 to avoid any charge.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation prevents future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.
7. Pause Feature
Subscribers may pause trade replication at any time via the dashboard. Pausing halts new trade copying but does not pause billing. Resume operations at any time.
8. Platform Compatibility
AbacuQuant connects to your trading account via Duplikium copy-trading infrastructure and supports MT4, MT5, cTrader, DXTrade, TradingView, FXCM, LMAX, Tradovate, NinjaTrader, and other compatible platforms. AbacuQuant is not affiliated with these platforms.
9. Risk Acknowledgment
You acknowledge that trading financial instruments carries substantial risk of loss. You accept full responsibility for all outcomes of any strategy executed on your account. AbacuQuant makes no warranty as to profitability, suitability, or future performance of any strategy.
10. No Guarantees
Past performance shown by AbacuQuant — including the publicly verified MQL5 account — is not indicative of future results. Market conditions, slippage, broker execution differences, account size, and other factors will cause individual results to differ.
11. No Custody of Funds
AbacuQuant never has access to or custody of your funds. All trading occurs in your own brokerage account. We cannot deposit, withdraw, or transfer funds.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AbacuQuant Technologies, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including trading losses, lost profits, or data loss, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Colombia.
