Free Trial
No charge applies if you cancel before day 30 of your free trial. Your card is only billed after trial conversion to the Basic plan.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first paid charge on any plan. Request a refund within this window for a full refund of that initial charge.
Annual Plans
After the 7-day window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel future renewals at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing year.
Monthly Plans
Cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next month. We do not provide partial-month refunds for cancellations made mid-cycle.
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@abacuquant.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your order number and the email associated with your account.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Exceptions
No refunds are issued outside the 7-day window from first charge. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that show evidence of abuse of this policy.
